NuWave Homes is a family owned and operated Custom-Home Building Company, located in Carroll County GA. Our co-owner/ co-founder has a 39+ year history in the home building and land development industry having built many, many 100's of homes.

NuWave Homes primarily builds custom-homes on the clients' land or lot.  ​We offer a custom-home building experience that is unmatched in West Georgia;  from touring one of our beautiful model homes, to choosing a home plan, to appointment selections, to assistance in construction and permanent financing; it's all done right in our model home/ offices.

On your first visit to the NuWave Homes model you can expect to:

​

• Tour the model.  We point out what is in our standard custom package. 

• List your wants and needs in appointments. Lots to choose from.

• Select a floor plan. If we don’t have what you like, we design it.

• Make any changes to the floor plan if needed. No problem.

• List any upgrades you may want. Most people do.

• Price the home you select. The price we give you is the price you pay.

• Recommend respected lenders for your construction/ permanent financing. We have a long track record with our banks, no surprises!

• And, so much more!

NuWave Homes limits the number of homes we build to around 20 per year.  Each home is a true custom-build and with this limited number of homes being built you receive personalized attention. We strive to make every one of our clients feel very special, because you are!

When we price a home it includes everything required to receive a Certificate of Occupancy for the home.  Permits, clearing, grading, site prep, septic tank, water line from meter to house, landscaping, driveway; Everything, soup to nuts, required for completing the home for you to move in! Plus, you never pay one penny more than the contracted price, unless you change or upgrade something during the building process.  No surprises, ever!
