NuWave Homes is a family owned and operated Custom-Home Building Company, located in Carroll County GA. Our owner/founder has a 35+ year history in the building industry, having built over 1,800 homes.

Our niche is top quality one-level detached homes, ranging from 2,000 sq ft to over 5,000 sq ft, with meticulous attention given to quality and detail.

NuWave Homes primarily builds on the clients land or lot. However, we have an inventory of homesites available for purchase. Lot availability will vary.

NuWave offers a home building experience that is unmatched in West Georgia. From touring our beautiful model home, to choosing or designing a home plan, to appointment selections, to assistance in construction and permanent financing, to move in; it's all done right in our offices, located in our model home.

On your first visit to the NuWave Homes model you can expect to:

• Tour the model.  We point out what is in our standard package. 

• List your wants and needs in a home.

• Select a floor plan that best matches your needs. If we don’t have one, we design it.

• Make any changes to the floor plan needed.

• List any upgrades you may want.

Everything going forward is based on the lists and changes established on your first visit. Things may change, but only at your request. We certainly make suggestions, based on our extensive experience. However, ultimately, it's your decision to keep or change.  Our plans and specifications are very complete and extremely detailed. There are no surprises, ever!

Touring the NuWave model home allows you to see, first-hand;  the craftsmanship, various appointments (standard and upgrade) and meet the NuWave Homes team. We limit the number of homes we build to around 25, per year.  Each home is a true custom-build. With this limited number of homes you are given true personalized attention. You will have a line of communication, during business hours, via voice, text and/or email. Plus, you can make an appointment to come into our offices anytime during the build process. We strive to make every one of our clients feel very special, because you are.

When we price a build it includes everything required to receive a Certificate of Occupancy for the home.  Permits, water meter (sewer tap if applicable), water line, clearing, grading, site prep, septic tank. Everything (100%) required for the CO and for you to move in. Plus, you never pay one penny more than the contract price, unless you change or upgrade something during the building process.  No surprises, ever!
